30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UpAndPrinting.com. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
PRINTHEAD RETURN POLICY
All items can be returned within 30 days with the exception of printheads which is 15 days of receipt of your shipment in the original condition.
“Consumable” items like dampers, filters, tubing, wipers, and cappers cannot be returned if used or with ink.
You accept responsibility for proper installation. If you are not sure how to install the print head or any other spare, contact a trained repair technician to do the installation.
We provide a replacement printhead, which is valid only 15 days after the purchase. The printhead will only be replaced after our supplier evaluates the print head and confirms no defect caused by fluids used, electrical surges, and improper installation.
Printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been misused, including UV, DTF, and DTG purposes, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs. UpAndPrinting does not take any responsibility for damages.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions
- For printer orders: Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, please pack and return all contents including packaging materials to the address we send in the return approved email.
For all other items: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge. - Please securely package the item(s) as you received them and affix the return shipping label to the package.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus original shipping and handling fees. Refunds usually take between 5-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
- Customized, personalized, or specifically marked items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product.
