30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UpAndPrinting.com. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.
- Please securely package the item(s) as you received them and affix the return shipping label to the package.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take between 5-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
- Customized, personalized, or specifically marked items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product.
