Eligibility for Return

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• The item must be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.
• Please securely package the item(s) as you received them and affix the return shipping label to the package.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take between 5-10 business days to process.

Exceptions

• Customized, personalized, or specifically marked items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product.
